Free Shipping
Unlike many other sites that have special rules and fine print, Forge keeps it simple - orders over $200 (ex. GST) receive free shipping. Orders under $200 will incur a small freight surcharge of $21.50 (ex. GST). Forge understands that getting your products to you is important, so every effort is made to process your order quickly. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 business days (depending on the proximity to one of the distribution centres).

All Australia's freight providers quote ETA's as "delivered by 5 pm".

Returns & Credits
FREE Returns
If you no longer require product you bought, or you're not 100% satisfied with items you've purchased, you can return them to us for a full credit. Forge believe that in order to have the easiest possible experience, customers should not have to pay for freight to return overstocked products.
So if for whatever reason you no longer wish to keep any unused Forge product, you can call us (1300 120 100), email us, tell us on Live Chat and we'll sort out the rest. It will be collected in 24 to 48 hours. If in doubt about any of this, please, just ring us up (1300

With the Forge Returns policy, All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, in saleable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton. These products must also have been purchased in the last 365 days.
Return With FORGE - It's Easy:
You can return your unused products for full credit. - the 365 day Returns policy puts no limit on the quantity as long as you have purchased the goods in the last year. .
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Return shipping is absolutely FREE, we will arrange collection from wherever you receive your normal deliveries. i.e TGE or FedEx.
Once your return is received and processed in the warehouse (usually within 5-10 business days of receipt), a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
When you return a product, please provide:

An original Forge Plumbing Tax Invoice, copy Tax Invoice, RMA or delivery docket.
- The product's original packaging, including any instruction manuals, information booklets and carton or container.
Its as Easy as.....
- Email or call customer service notifying what product/s you would like to return and the invoice/s or sale/s order number/s these were purchased on so a return number can be generated.
- Customer service wlll decide what is best for your return either packaging this in a previous Forge box or returning in a prepaid Australia post satchel.
- Put the return items in your original Forge Carton or any cardboard shipping box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.
- Ensure the returns are packaged accordingly for the trip back to our office. I.e. bubble wrapping on loose items, original paper box filling placed back in the box to reduce movement in the box, ensuring no damage to the products.
- Write 'Return to Forge Adelaide' on the Shipping Box
