The business model involves Forge controlling everything right through to using only direct distribution from Forge's own warehouses to licenced account-holders.
Being the manufacturer, partnering with leading global players in production of plumbing fittings and trade products, we're responsible for the design, build, certification, warranty, and distribution of all Forge products that end up in your hands.
This lets us streamline the supply chain and remove as many layers and expenses as possible out of the distribution, so we can pour more money into high quality, production, service and warranty support, and still pass savings on to plumbing contractors, our REAL friends.
