Types of Warranties
There are different warranties available, depending on the product selected, and are clearly labeled in the product description of the item.
| 1 Year The benefits in this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Laws. The original purchaser of Forge products bearing the warranty seal is provided with the following warranty and subject to the warranty conditions. Forge warrants these products for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for all parts defective in workmanship or materials. Lifetime Warranty The benefits in this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Laws. The original purchaser of Forge products bearing the warranty seal is provided with the following warranty and subject to the warranty conditions. Forge warrants these products for 25 years from the date of purchase for all parts defective in workmanship or materials. All defective products will be replaced to the customer subject to compliance with warranty conditions. Warranty Conditions
Warranty is only valid for products installed according to the manufacturer's instructions by a plumber with a current Australian Plumbing licence.
Product has not been modified or changed in any way.
All installation must be carried out by a licensed plumber and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and as specified on the product label.
Forge does not accept liability for any direct or consequential damage, loss or other expense arising from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of these products.
Warranty will be given on proof of purchase date (e.g. original invoice) and the faulty products returned to Forge for assessment.
The Purchaser agrees that it does not rely on the skill and judgment of Forge Plumbing Australia in relation to the suitability of any of the Goods for a particular purpose or application for which the Goods are required by the Purchaser and Forge Plumbing Australia is under no liability whatsoever if such Goods are not suitable and fit.
Product Compliance
We're very aware that selling plumbing products that don't comply to Australian standards is dangerous and puts plumbers and their customers in a risky situation. Not only your credibility and business would be compromised, but your supplier’s as well. That is why Forge Plumbing Australia only offer products that comply with Australian and New Zealand standards.
